Classes - Get Fit!!!

Are you bored with working out at the gym? Feeling like you've hit a plateau with your exercise routine? Are you ready for a challenge? Do you want to fly in the air? Wanna run away and join the circus? 

Then, come join me for a fun, total body workout that incorporates principles of dance, yoga, aerial arts and poi spinning.

My background in fitness, yoga, circus sports and dance has facilitated my study of the performing arts. More importantly, it has provided me with a better understanding of sports and dance injuries. I emphasize good form in all my aerial fitness and conditioning classes to achieve a productive workout and minimize the risk of injuries. If you're looking to increase your flexibility and strength, I can help. Consistency and dedication are the key. The question is: are you ready?

You will:

  • Learn the basics of aerial arts, using the static trapeze, silks or lyra (aerial hoop)
  • Build upper-body strength
  • Sculpt your arms
  • Tone your lower body
  • Strengthen your cardiovascular and muscular endurance
  • Increase your flexibility
  • Develop good form and core strength
  • Improve your coordination
  • Discover muscles you never knew you had (yikes!)
Classes run between 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration, held at a time at your convenience. Schedule a class at least 48 hours beforehand.


  • Beach
  • Park
  • Private gym in Culver City or Van Nuys, with aerial apparatus (static trapeze, silks or lyra/aerial hoop). Please email me for more info.


  • Private: $70 per person, or, $600 for a series of 10 private classes ($60 per class).
  • Group Drop-In: $25 per person (minimum 3 students) 
  • Series: $100 for 5 group classes  (expires in 2 months)

I can't promise you'll get into Cirque du Soleil. But, I can promise you'll have fun!


Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or you will be charged the full class rate. Sorry, no exceptions!
